Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Call Center Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers.
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and answering questions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications related to customer service or communication are a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a call center, retail, hospitality, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office. Familiarity with CRM software and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot customer issues, handle complaints, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Multitasking: Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Compensation:
- Salary: 2501-3000 AED
