Job Description:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth operation of the kitchen, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of chefs.
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
- Dispose of trash and clean trash bins regularly.
- Help in plating and garnishing dishes.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen staff or management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for long periods, and working in a hot environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
