Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Baristas to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the counter, equipment, and seating areas.
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
• Educate customers on the different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu items.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or required supplies.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring food handling and sanitation standards are met.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing the café for the next day.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and courteously.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role in a café or coffee shop is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional barista training or certification is a plus.
