Job Description:
Our company is seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ premises, employees, and visitors. Your primary duties will include patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and responding to any suspicious activities or emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security on the premises.
- Patrol industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Operate and monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras and alarms.
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Report any security breaches, incidents, or hazards to the appropriate authorities.
- Prepare detailed daily reports and maintain logs of all security-related activities.
Qualifications: Security Guard Job in Sharjah
- Experience: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid security guard license/certification as required by the state.
Skills:
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Basic computer skills for monitoring security systems and writing reports.
- Physical fitness for patrolling and standing for extended periods.
- Other Requirements: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
