We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to join our team in Dubai. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving IT-related issues for our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT staff or external support providers when necessary.
  • Document and track all support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
  • Provide guidance and training to users on the effective use of technology and software.
  • Ensure that all IT equipment and systems are functioning optimally and securely.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and software.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or in a similar technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
