Position: Inventory Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving and processing incoming shipments of inventory.
- Organize and maintain the inventory storage area to ensure easy access and accurate stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update records to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management of low inventory or overstock situations.
- Assist in restocking shelves and organizing displays on the sales floor.
- Ensure products are labeled correctly and priced accurately.
- Handle inventory discrepancies by investigating and resolving issues.
- Assist with inventory audits and help prepare reports on stock levels and inventory performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the inventory area and on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth flow of inventory from receiving to sales.
Requirements: Inventory Assistant Jobs in Dubai
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory management or retail is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills and the ability to use inventory software and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy boxes, stand for long periods, and perform tasks that require bending and reaching.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
