Responsibilities: Great! Sales Associates Job In Dubai, UAE

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
Replenish stock and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed.
Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and restocking shelves.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a positive attitude.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall success.
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and store policies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
