Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to assist management in making informed business decisions.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure timely filing of all tax returns.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure financial integrity.
- Assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
Requirements: Accountant in UAE Dubai
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
