Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating the processing, handling, and transportation of cargo shipments.
- Learn to prepare shipment documentation, such as airway bills, cargo manifests, and customs declarations.
- Track and monitor cargo shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Work closely with airlines, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide support with loading and unloading cargo, following safety protocols and weight limits.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment statuses and resolve any basic issues.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of cargo transactions and data entry into the system.
- Support the warehouse team in managing and organizing cargo efficiently.
- Learn about customs regulations and ensure compliance during shipment processing.
