Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff and clients via phone, email, or in-person.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist with the setup of new user accounts and system configurations.
• Perform routine system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor IT systems to detect issues and resolve them proactively.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve system efficiency.
• Provide training to staff on the use of software and hardware.
• Keep track of IT inventory and order replacements as needed.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality in line with company policies.

Requirements: IT Support Specialist Needed in UAE Dubai

• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware/software issues.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of networking principles (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
• Customer-service-oriented with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• IT-related certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
