About Us:
We are looking for compassionate and energetic Day Care Staff to join our team. If you love working with children and want to make a positive impact, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and care for children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote development.
- Help children with daily routines such as feeding, changing, and nap times.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and other staff members.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom/play area.
- Monitor the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure children are eating healthy snacks and meals.
- Encourage positive behavior and social interaction among children.
- Follow day care policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment.
Requirements: Day Care Staff Job in Dubai UAE
- Experience working with children, preferably in a day care or early childhood education setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
- Ability to multitask and handle different needs of children.
- Certification in early childhood education or a related field is a plus.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and possibly weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in child development is a plus.
