We are looking for a Fresh Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are detail-oriented and eager to start a career in logistics and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment according to customer specifications
• Ensure the correct items and quantities are selected, checking for quality and condition
• Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and effectively (training provided)
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reports any discrepancies
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems are a plus
