We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Agents to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle inbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide information
Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and listening skills
Proficient in computer applications and typing
