We are looking for a Junior Hotel Supervisor to join our hospitality team and support daily hotel operations. The role involves coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction. This position is suitable for proactive, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
Hotel Supervisor (Junior) Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising daily hotel operations and staff duties
Ensure excellent guest service and maintain service standards
Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and F&B departments
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and overall performance
Support in handling guest inquiries and resolving concerns professionally
Assist management with reports and day-to-day operational tasks
Eligibility:
Candidates with prior experience or freshers are welcome
