About Us:

- Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons and activities.
- Support individual and group learning, ensuring children’s developmental needs are met.
- Supervise children during classroom activities, playtime, and field trips.
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Assist with record-keeping, progress reports, and communication with parents.
- Encourage positive social and emotional development in children.
- Support the lead teacher in preparing materials and resources for lessons.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance.
- Promote a healthy and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a classroom or childcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow directions.
- A positive, nurturing attitude towards children.
- Patience and flexibility in dealing with children of different ages and needs.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Must pass a background check.
