Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Bus Driver to join our hotel team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Transport hotel guests to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Assist guests with luggage loading and unloading.
- Maintain a clean and well-kept bus interior and exterior.
- Follow all traffic laws and hotel transportation policies.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in planning and scheduling shuttle routes.
- Keep accurate records of passenger numbers, trips, and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with the hotel front desk and concierge teams to coordinate guest pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license (Bus category).
- Proven experience as a bus driver, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
