- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support.
- Provide product and service information, and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet sales targets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Use CRM software and other tools to manage customer data and interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using call center software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in customer service is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
