Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products or services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex matters when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
- Meet daily call targets and quality performance metrics
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with a diploma or degree in any field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software is a plus
