Responsibilities: CCTV Operator Job in Dubai, UAE

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to identify suspicious activities, safety hazards, and security breaches.
• Respond promptly to security incidents by following established protocols and notifying the appropriate authorities.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all surveillance activities, incidents, and security breaches.
• Operate and manage CCTV equipment, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance of CCTV equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Collaborate with the security team to provide real-time updates during security incidents.
• Assist in the review of recorded footage for investigations and provide evidence to support law enforcement as required.
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and company policies regarding the use of surveillance systems.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
• Provide reports on surveillance activities and any incidents that occur.

Requirements: CCTV Operator Job in Dubai, UAE

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security operations or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain focused for extended periods.
• Good observational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in operating CCTV and surveillance systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
