Job Position: Classroom Assistant

We are looking for a supportive and enthusiastic Classroom Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Classroom Assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to help create a positive and effective learning environment for students.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
• Help prepare teaching materials and resources.
• Provide support to individual students or small groups to enhance their learning.
• Supervise students during breaks, lunch, and other school activities.
• Assist with classroom organization and maintaining a clean, safe learning environment.
• Support students with special needs or learning difficulties.
• Help with administrative tasks such as marking work and maintaining records.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, caring, and supportive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
