Are you tech-savvy and detail-oriented? Join our team in Dubai as a Computer Operator and support our IT and administrative functions!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor computer systems and peripheral equipment.
- Perform data entry, processing, and database management tasks.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of computer systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with hardware and software.
- Maintain and update system logs and records.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
- Backup and restore data as per company protocols.
- Provide technical support and assistance to staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a computer operator or in a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of network systems and data management is a plus.
- Relevant certifications or training in IT or computer science are preferred.
