Responsibilities: Concierge For Hotel in Jumeriah – UAE

• Greet guests upon arrival and offer assistance with their needs throughout their stay.
• Provide guests with information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel services.
• Assist with reservations for restaurants, transportation, and events, ensuring guests have access to the best options.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs, such as room service, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
• Assist with luggage handling, package deliveries, and other guest services as needed.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times, representing the hotel’s high standards of service.
• Monitor the lobby and public areas to ensure cleanliness and order.
• Assist with special guest requests, including arranging tours, spa appointments, and other personalized services.

Requirements: Concierge For Hotel in Jumeriah – UAE

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience as a concierge or in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or luxury setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local area, including attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant systems.
• A friendly, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
