Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and offer assistance with luggage, directions, and hotel services.
- Provide information on local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
- Make reservations for guests, including dining, transportation, and events.
- Coordinate special guest requests such as room upgrades, special amenities, and VIP services.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Arrange tours, tickets, and travel plans for guests.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as guest check-ins, check-outs, and managing reservations.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Ensure the lobby and concierge desk are neat and welcoming at all times.
Requirements: Concierge Job in Dubai UAE
- Proven experience as a Concierge or in customer service in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local area, including entertainment, dining, and transportation.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest requests with professionalism.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is an advantage.
