Key Responsibilities:
Project Supervision and Coordination:
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of construction workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure that all work is performed safely, on time, and within budget.
Planning and Scheduling:
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
- Determine labor requirements and allocate responsibilities to construction workers.

Quality Control:
- Ensure that all construction work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Safety Management:
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on the construction site.
