Description:

The Construction Foreman oversees and coordinates the work of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This role involves a combination of hands-on work, management, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Supervision and Coordination:

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure that all work is performed safely, on time, and within budget.

Planning and Scheduling:

• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
• Determine labor requirements and allocate responsibilities to construction workers.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Quality Control:

• Ensure that all construction work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and standards.

Safety Management:

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on the construction site.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for workers.

Resource Management:

Qualifications:
