Job Position: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive until they depart.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offers to guests.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is a plus.
