We are looking for an experienced and motivated F&B Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The F&B Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and customer satisfaction. - Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage team to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

- Oversee the setup and cleanliness of dining areas, bars, and service stations.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
- Assist in menu planning, pricing, and promotional activities to drive revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff rosters.
- Conduct regular inspections of the dining areas and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
