Responsibilities: Floor Supervisor Job in UAE
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff on the floor, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and addressing any issues promptly.
- Ensure that the floor is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure that all products are displayed correctly.
- Collaborate with management to implement policies, procedures, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, staff performance, and other relevant metrics.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements: Floor Supervisor Job in UAE
- Proven experience as a floor supervisor or in a similar supervisory role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer issues with tact and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in management or related fields are a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
