Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create innovative menus that delight our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and design menus that reflect the restaurant’s concept and meet customer expectations.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Control food costs and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and recipes.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues related to food quality or service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
- Culinary degree or equivalent training.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent culinary skills and creativity in menu planning.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
