- Review and verify insurance policy details and endorsements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international insurance regulations and standards.
- Assist in the preparation and negotiation of insurance contracts and agreements.
- Provide support and information to clients regarding insurance inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct regular audits of insurance files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Insurance Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims processing, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
