Job Position: Kitchen Staff
We are looking for motivated and hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including storerooms and fridges.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after shifts.
- Assist with plating and garnishing dishes as instructed by chefs.
- Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Handle food waste and maintain proper disposal practices.
- Support other kitchen staff with tasks such as washing dishes and organizing supplies.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Requirements: Kitchen Staff Job in UAE
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training or certification is a plus.
