- Plan and coordinate the logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Oversee the shipment and delivery of goods to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely restocking.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, including invoices, bills of lading, and inventory reports.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to address any issues or concerns.
- Track shipments and provide status updates to relevant parties.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in resolving any logistics-related problems or delays.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Logistic Co-ordinator Job in Dubai, UAE
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
