Job Title: Logistics Co-ordinator

Job Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to logistics.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and maintain records of all logistics activities, including shipments, invoices, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics.
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain a positive relationship with carriers and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
• Knowledge of logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to make decisions under pressure.
