Office Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Boy to support our administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, including common areas and meeting rooms.
  • • Assist with the preparation and setup of meeting rooms for conferences and presentations.
  • • Deliver and collect don’ts, mail, and packages within and outside the office.
  • • Support administrative staff with basic clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • • Ensure that office supplies are stocked and reorder as necessary.
  • • Provide assistance to visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
