Office Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Boy to support our administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, including common areas and meeting rooms.
- • Assist with the preparation and setup of meeting rooms for conferences and presentations.
- • Deliver and collect don’ts, mail, and packages within and outside the office.
- • Support administrative staff with basic clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- • Ensure that office supplies are stocked and reorder as necessary.
- • Provide assistance to visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
