- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Answer phone calls, handle reservations, and manage bookings.
- Assist guests with special requests and ensure their stay is comfortable.
- Process payments and manage the cash register, ensuring accurate billing.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support other hotel departments as needed.
Requirements: Receptionist Job In Dubai, UAE
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management or related fields are a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
