- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain product displays, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Provide product information and advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock.
- Keep the store clean and organized, including tidying up the sales floor and dressing rooms.
- Support promotional activities and in-store events.
- Monitor and report on stock levels, and assist in stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
