Job Opportunity: Room Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish bathroom amenities.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any problems to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Restock and organize housekeeping carts with supplies and equipment.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures for cleaning and safety standards.
- Assist with laundry duties and other tasks as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor.
- Ensure all guest requests and special requirements are met promptly and courteously.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a room attendant or in a similar housekeeping role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently.
- Good communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
