Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
Replenish room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities.
Ensure all guest rooms are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Report any maintenance issues or damage to the supervisor or maintenance team.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure efficient and effective room cleaning.
Handle guest requests and special instructions with professionalism and care.
Communicate effectively with other hotel staff and departments to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, safety, and guest service.
Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Good physical stamina and ability to handle manual tasks.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
