We are seeking a responsible and caring School Bus Attendant to join our team. If you are patient, attentive, and enjoy working with children, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist students in safely boarding and exiting the bus.
- Ensure all students are seated and wearing seatbelts, if applicable.
- Supervise children during the bus ride to maintain order and safety.
- Help students with special needs or younger children as needed.
- Communicate with the bus driver to address any safety concerns or behavioral issues.
- Report any incidents or accidents to school administrators.
- Ensure the bus is clean and free of hazards.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards students, parents, and staff.
- Escort children across the street when necessary to ensure their safety.
Requirements: School Bus Attendant Need in Dubai UAE
- Previous experience working with children is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, attentiveness, and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Basic first aid knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to manage children and enforce bus rules effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
