About Us:
We are looking for responsible and caring individuals to join our team as School Bus Attendants. If you have a passion for working with children and ensuring their safety, this role is perfect for you!
- Position: School Bus Attendant
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Assist students during boarding and exiting the bus.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students while on the bus.
- Help students with special needs or younger children in securing seatbelts or getting seated.
- Maintain discipline and ensure bus rules are followed during the ride.
- Report any incidents or safety concerns to the bus driver and school authorities.
- Assist the bus driver in emergency situations.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
- Ensure that the bus is clean and safe for all passengers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and handle emergencies responsibly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, patient, and attentive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of safety and first aid is preferred.
- Willingness to work early mornings and afternoons according to the school schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
