School Librarian Job In DUBAI, UAE We are looking for an experienced and visionary School Principal to lead our educational institution in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of school administration, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring the academic and personal growth of students and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to all school staff and students.
• Develop and implement school policies, programs, and curriculum standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and teaching practices.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes respect, responsibility, and academic excellence.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.
• Manage school finances, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Requirements: School Librarian Job In DUBAI, UAE

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.
• Valid school principal certification or license is preferred.
• Proven experience as a School Principal or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of educational best practices and administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and productive learning environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
