We are urgently hiring an experienced Secretary to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, and documents
- Maintain filing systems and ensure data is kept secure
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally
- Coordinate with different departments and support administrative needs
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and manage orders as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements: Secretary Urgently Needed In Dubai
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be an advantage
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
