Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
- Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborations and promotions.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and organized posting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Ability to create visually appealing content using design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Analytical skills to interpret social media data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
