Description:
We are seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehousing activities. You will be responsible for implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards to achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
- Determine staffing levels and assign workloads.
- Monitor operations to ensure that they are efficient and effective.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
Requirements and Skills:
- Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data.
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
