Below are the Job Responsibilities:
* Meeting and exceeding sales, individual and store targets
* Ensuring growth, higher sales conversions, and improving consistently on other store performance indicators
* Managing pricing structure, prices on POS, store promotions, and retail discounts, within set parameters
* Maintain working knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers, and financial goals, take corrective action as needed;
Salary: 2500 AED – 3000 AED (Monthly)
Experienced and Freshers Both can Apply
