Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in booking flights, making reservations, and issuing tickets.
- Provide information on flight schedules, routes, fares, and travel policies.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to ticketing, including cancellations, changes, and refunds.
- Ensure all bookings are accurate and comply with airline and travel regulations.
- Manage reservations and maintain up-to-date records of all transactions.
- Offer advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
- Process payments securely and efficiently using various payment methods.
- Collaborate with other departments, including customer service and sales, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and industry trends.
Requirements: Ticketing Agent Job in UAE
- Previous experience as a ticketing agent or in a travel-related role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems and ticketing procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
