Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude as they arrive at the establishment.
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently, treating each vehicle with care.
- Assist guests with luggage and other belongings as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area, ensuring the smooth flow of traffic.
- Provide information about the establishment and nearby attractions to guests.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure the security of guests’ vehicles.
- Maintain an organized log of parked vehicles, keys, and guest information.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Report any vehicle damage or suspicious activity to the supervisor immediately.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times.
Requirements: Valet Parking Attendant Job In Dubai, UAE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
