As a Warehouse Helper in the Shipping and Logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include assisting with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.

Loading and Unloading:
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods and materials from trucks or containers.
- Ensure accurate counting and inspection of received items.
Inventory Control:
- Help in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Assist with regular stock checks and report any discrepancies.
- Order Picking and Packing:
- Prepare orders by picking items from shelves according to packing lists.
- Pack and label items for shipment in accordance with company standards.
- Shipping and Receiving:
- Assist with the shipping process, including labeling, packaging, and arranging transportation.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
Material Handling:
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Safely handle and store materials in designated areas.
Quality Assurance:
- Inspect products for quality and report any damaged or defective items.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Documentation:
- Complete and maintain accurate records of shipped and received items.
- Prepare shipping and receiving documents as required.
Cleanliness and Organization:
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of obstacles.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and hazard-free work environment.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
Compliance:
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Follow established protocols for handling hazardous materials if applicable.
Requirements: Warehouse Helper Shipping & Logistics Job in UAE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Basic understanding of inventory management practices.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and tools.
