Position: Admin Assistant/Receptionist

  • Salary: AED 3001-3500
  • Experience: 1 – 2 Years

Job Description:

  • Ensure that the office environment is welcoming and organized.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct office inspections multiple times a day to focus on cleanliness, organization, functionality, and report any issues.
  • Relay messages accurately to appropriate staff members.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain office calendars and schedule arrangements.
  • Input and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other software.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment when necessary.
  • Assist with expense tracking, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
