Job Description:
- Ensure that the office environment is welcoming and organized.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct office inspections multiple times a day to focus on cleanliness, organization, functionality, and report any issues.
- Relay messages accurately to appropriate staff members.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain office calendars and schedule arrangements.
- Input and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other software.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment when necessary.
- Assist with expense tracking, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
