Description
We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. If you are an organized individual with excellent communication skills and a knack for customer service, we would love to have you on board!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and positive attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to guests and clients.
- Maintain the reception area in an orderly and presentable manner.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Requirements:
- We have proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer service attitude with the ability to deal with clients professionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
